Muscle strains help

So as the tittle states
I'm a sprinter always getting strains calls hamstrings I do t recover from training there are guys on my team training and recovering well
I'm currently on test prop 300-400mg a week
What other seugs could I add to enhance recover n joint abilities
 
I thought about var wich I may do again
Problem is ill train and then I need like 2 days off of 3 days before I can do anything again
I used eq before wich helped but not again due to anxiety I got it was ridiculous
Unless eq acetate can be of greater help then yes
Otherwise I think Ill struggle to find hgh
I've thought about ghrp6
But really keen on sarms but not quite sure on how to run them exactly a show long I could run sarms for
Just want to be able to train 5-6 days a week like I could and get back to national level again! Or international
 
i would rec looking into a ghrp2 or 6 with mod GRF (1-29) or MK677 combo. its a good stack to output alot of hgh results and unlike the HGH market, the peptide market if from a know long time supplier is of much better quality than taking a shot in the dark with most of the hgh floating around.

i have used all that i have mentioned except MK677, but i have researched it for years now and know others that have and i am not worried to rec that one at all. also its oral, so if pinning peptides is a hassle you can still run MK solo. but for best results i would stack it with a GHRP

well i can vouch for rui peps and RC's since iv used them for years personally.
there is SARMS also. a S4 or osta run along with mk677 and ghrp would be awesome also if you are looking at sarms. like i said finding good and consistent hgh is like playing the lottery sadly....
 
Sarms is great but hard to find
Hgh is a massive hit and miss
I can get it via Chinese source but not sure if quality on it
It's basically in a nutshell I'm 24 in a 70-80 year old man body
So something to bring me back or even further would be great

On the natural path be sure your drinking plenty of water and the supplement TAURINE helps (also great for cramping)
 
I'm actually in need of taurine at my session during warm up everyday my calfs are so so pumped I need 5mins before I can move anywhere and keep going
Do you think is need some taurine to contribute to this help?
