Ok here I go again, this is going to be my journal for gaining mass, right now and for the next 2 weeks my diet is 1300 calories to get me back on track, after that the calories will increase.
I will check my weight, and measurements tonight, bf fat last time I went to see my trainer was at 19.5%
My diet has been straight for the last week, and I'm finally back on track so this is why my journal is being started today

1/2C oatmeal with cin.

1 cal/mag , 1000mg vit.c

3 oz of ground horsemeat
1/2C brown rice
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 multi vit.

1/2C mushrooms
