Been dieting for close to 5 weeks now. Doing a regular 5 split, with 35 minute cardio after each workout. Adding cardio on off days next week. My daily food intake is 8 meals and this is the total caloric content etc:
Proteins: 308g
Carbohydrates: 265g
Fat: 59g
Calories: 2831kcal
Still pretty high on the carbs so im gonna lower it 15% next weekend.
Im 220 pound on these pics. The results the last year has been good. Added some mass on my upper torsoe. No leg pics, basically because i have had a knee injury the last 5 weeks..And i forgot to remove my pants..happens often.
