I noticed your name....wwebound4life...not sure if its just a log in name...BUT we may be in the same line of work...ne way I love to wake up and hit up a decent cardio session 1st thing then eat a decent meal.but i normally do this between730-830am and i seem to always pop up in the middle of the night round 430ish and either pound a shake or eat some peanut butter so i normally wake up semi-full and after cardio i can feel my body is actually more hungry and it seems the normal breakfast for me (6 eggs wit 2 yolks oatmeal banana and possibly some english muffins wit peanut butter if i'm a good boy) is digested after my cardio rather than just sendin me straight to the shitter!! Plus if you are truly "wwebound" i suggest cardio in the mornin and the evening because once YOU get HERE you may be surprised how in ring work requires you to be in EXTREME athletic condition..Holla @
