Morning Cardio Sucks!

It's interesting how different people can have totally opposite opinions about the same thing. I for one absolutely LOVE am cardio. Sure it's kinda tough to wake up and climb on, but after a couple minutes, I get in the groove and after I'm done, I feel like a million bucks! Way better than any cup of coffee or other wake up remedies out there in my opinion. How much and what kind of cardio are you doing?
