More Protein, but weight going up?

:confused:I've increased my protein intake to 200 grams (I weighed 12 stone dead) from 120-130, on Jaaps recommendation. I feel a lot better and recovering from my split routine faster (resting alternate days?) but my weight has shot up to 12 and a half stone in 2 weeks, is this normal? How can I limit the fat gain if it is fat?

Help!!
 
You need to decrease your other macros (fat/carbs) in relation to the increase in protein to account for the rise in calories.
