Monthly T-rone shot?

So far I have looked at Aquaviron, Primoteston, Testoviron Depot & Vivormone. All of them seem to be ok as far as gains and loss are concerned, however they all require to be applied several times per day, week, month.

I am looking for something that would require only one shot per month. Any ideas?
