She went and got bloods done today. Coach will review them and adjust supplementation. She's 25 weeks out now and is sick of growing. Wants to start the cut

Cant wait to see bloods. Let her go to the CUT if thats what she ready for.....Just shred out to new level

Here are some of her labs. Still waiting on a couple. Her ALT has her coach concerned. Going to run 8 weeks of liver and organ defender and retest. Holding off on orals until then. I am not tok concerned after reading what is in the last the last pic. She did legs on Monday and tested fasted Tuesday morning and we know how she trains plus she was sick for that 2 months.
