Mods, I can't post under my regular user name!

I can log in with no problem, but whenever I try to post or even send a PM, I get the "this is for platimum member only" page.

Who should I email for help? I'm guessing George is too busy.

Mods, at least regular mods, dont have any power deep enough to deal with those issues but I can send a message to someone who can help, in the mean time, try logging out and back in as your regular ID and see what happens. Also, after logging out, clear your memory and disk cache for your browser. Post back here and let me know what happens, or PM me.

Andy, you don't need a mod for this. This is a system bug that comes up after you use the encrypted email feature. Just close the site and leave. When you come back on the bug has fixed itself and won't pop up again until you use the email feature again.

Zyg, I've tried it, and it didn't work. It's been like this since Yesterday, and I'm using school computers so Memory and disk cache is not the problem since I've used about half a dozen different computers.

Sofa, you may be on to something, I usually open my elite email account with the the Anabolic Discussion board.

I've been doing it for months, never had a problem.

The only thing that I've changed recently is my email address in my profile.

Hmmm... the other thought would be to try to clear out your cookies and Temp Internet files. You may have picked up something that is blocking your access.
