Hey EF World! Had great workouts this week/weekend!

On Friday i blasted The deadlift. Had a decent bench day as well.

Bench Board(3) Presses:
Warmed up to 275
315 x 3
325 x 0 Missed
315 x 1

Deadlift:
Went for singles today. Had a mini competiton.
Warmed up to 4 Plates.
485 x 1
507 x 1
517 x supposed to go for 3, but
517 x 1

The story behind the deadlift: One of the guys i workout with wanted to do singles wich was great since i need to train my single rep. So we worked our way up. It was Me, Roy (the older man i wrote about) and Tommy. So we got all the way up to 505-507ish. We all pulled it. Then at 517 Tommy Missed. I missed. BUT ROY yanked that shit EASY. In fact he was working his 'sumo' technique. Working it, he hardly pulls sumo and pulled 517 and he is like 50yrs old. I looked at him said, "no fucking way im not pulling that". It was the slowest pull know to man, but it exploded up just got stuck on the lockout. BUT I MUSCLED IT UP. It was GREAT pulling it. Even Roy was happy because he 'helped' me lift it mentally lol.

Yea it was a big Mental win for me =]

Partials are nice. I dont really like doing them too much, but since the suit helps the bottom part i really have to work on my top part as much as possible,. Next week im going to Drop to pin #6 and see what im able to do from there.

patsfan, i know my form on max dead = suck. BUT after competition day i will DROP weight and work on FORM perfectly!

heh i know what u mean bro good looking out. My ego has the best of me now untill oct 14. After that i dont care if i do 200lbs my form will be corrected. Its preety good at decent weight like 400. but anything more then 400 i just pull out of form lol
