Hey EF World! Had great workouts this week/weekend!
On Friday i blasted The deadlift. Had a decent bench day as well.
Bench Board(3) Presses:
Warmed up to 275

325 x 0 Missed

Deadlift:
Went for singles today. Had a mini competiton.
Warmed up to 4 Plates.

517 x supposed to go for 3, but

The story behind the deadlift: One of the guys i workout with wanted to do singles wich was great since i need to train my single rep. So we worked our way up. It was Me, Roy (the older man i wrote about) and Tommy. So we got all the way up to 505-507ish. We all pulled it. Then at 517 Tommy Missed. I missed. BUT ROY yanked that shit EASY. In fact he was working his 'sumo' technique. Working it, he hardly pulls sumo and pulled 517 and he is like 50yrs old. I looked at him said, "no fucking way im not pulling that". It was the slowest pull know to man, but it exploded up just got stuck on the lockout. BUT I MUSCLED IT UP. It was GREAT pulling it. Even Roy was happy because he 'helped' me lift it mentally lol.
