Hey ALL!

Just booked the motel near the meet site so i can go there the night before after work and get a good nights sleep too. No need to party THAT night.

Today is Equipment training.

Bench/Squat/Deadlift
All Equipmented up.

I hit Squat 505x1 Rep MAX last week. Should i try to hit 510 this week? (These are singles i dont know how to work in the 1 rep scheme yet lol)

For some reason my back has been bugging me, not the lower. but the middle. I think its from rowing, because thats when the pain started bugging me. Its not a pain its like a dull sensation. Not too worried, only hurts when im not in good form so i think it was from a poorly excecuted row or squat.

Gonna Crush at the gym today =]
Wsh me luck...ive been eating like a cow for all those on your cutters =]

Yea 10 REPS. Once i master 10 REPS i think ill keep the wieght the same and then eventually start playing with rest times.

I dont think my body can physically handle the continuous abuse of +_3plates...

I did 3 plates with a guy from the gym, i tell him im comin in on sat to do abs, i come in, hes dipping 3 plates he looks at me and goes "What you didnt think i as gonna go for you record" and he nailed 8 reps bastard lol But thats my GYM comp. We push each other there

Whats up ALL!!? sorry no updates since Friday!

Had amazing trainng days on Friday/Saturday.

On Friday We strapped on the bench shirts
Benchshirt = Rage X open back

worked my way up to

Bench:
315x1
325x1
335x0 ( Missed the 335 )

Finally learned how to master the shirt. Well not mastered, but actually used it correctly. Great. took a while tho.

Deadlift: Worked way up to these weights.

309 x 3
397 x 1
505 x 1

Deadlift Lockouts From the knees:
485x1
573x1
573x1
617 x 0 ( Half way up)

GREAT DAY Training is switching up a bit but im whinging it.

SATURDAY - BLAZING LEGS DAY

Squat w/ Thick Green Power Bands

180 x 3
180 x 3
180 x 3

Hamstring curls on hyperextension machine:

8 reps w/ think black band
8 reps with semi thick green band
5 reps w/ thick blue band

My boy came in to work at the gym on saturday to train with me. Hes coming to the comp on OCT 14 with me too. He was like "im not gonna stop till i cant go" He nailed out 8 reps. I KNOW i can squat more then him, so that means i should get at least 10 reps out of it. BY the 10th rep i was done. BUT didnt want to stop at all. Wanted 15. Got 2 More out. So 12 reps final. The Second i stepped back from the monolift everthing was black/spinning with the black/white dots. Felt very sick afterwards and had a severe pain in my top of my head. DEFinatelt popped a blood vessel up there LMAO. well pain eventually went away (couple mins) but the dizziness didnt. Then my boy took me to the Hyperextension machine and we proceeded to do Hamstring curls with bands hooked around a weight and around our knecks. then after we went to do CalF raises. THIS IS WHEN I FUCKIN PUKED LMAO. DOING THE CALF RAISES! IT WAS FROM THE SQUATS, BUT DAMN WHY DID I HAVE TO LOOK LIKE A SISSY THROWING UP FROM CALF RAISES LOL. That was the end of the workout =]

Log Update:

I took off from work yesterday since i needed to buy a car since i sold my 300zx. I got a white audi a4 1998. 1.8t AWD Quatro. So it should be a reliable car(unlike my last one)

but i made sure to get into the gym before school.
Only made it a bench day since im going to squat/row today

255 x 3 ( Missed again, looks like bench has stalled. Even tho i did widen my grip up but no excuse, Gotta work my bench)
