My Day 3 is today (Wed), lol... this happend due to stuff coming up a few times and just bumping workouts.

his is my work/school sched

Mon - 8am till 825pm
Tues - 8am till 710pm
Wed - 8am till 925pm
Thur - 8am till 1005pm
Friday 8am till 5pm

So i picked MON/WED/FRIDAY

Since my training changed alittle bit i focused on 3 lifts today. I DIPPED/SHRUGGED/CLEANS

Dips:
BW X 10
BW+45 X 10
BW+90 X 10
BW+100 X 10
BW + 135 X 6
BW + 13 X 4

Shrugs behind back:
200lbs X 10
200lbs X 10

Shrugs in Front:
420 X 10 ( w/ 5 s holds )
640 X 10
640 X 10
640 X 8
420 X 10

Cleans: (These KICKED MY ASS!)
135x5
135x5
155 x 5
155 x 5
175 x 5 - Started to have a hard time getting under the bar with this weight. Actually almost ddint get to turn my wrists. These really kicked my cardiosystems ass. ESPECIALLY since i got thier late i rushed my workout. Could really tell the low rest kicked my ass.
 
Nice workout....clean first, brother......they're the most taxing thing you can do, hit them with a fresh upper back and CNS.

Im lifting from the floor to a Power Clean,

I jump under the bar, but not like a squat...Ill get a video soon, because i KNOW i havta work on my form....

640lb shrugs i can even heavier but they didnt have any more plates around lol. Serioulsy tho, i might not get a complete full rom, but i bet i can shrug about 800lbs better then some people shrug reg weight...

I like shrugging but i never do it....

BIGT! I know im gonna Clean first next Wed fo shure! BUT I LOVED THE WORKOUT ACTUALLY..

lol... that's a shitload of weight! lol...most I tried to shrug was 495 when i was shrugging...haven't shrugged barbell in a looooong time.

That's awesome bro... I love the power cleans too! There fun and explosive :evil:
