Mike, what I would do is bag the incline if you want to peak the bench.....and do something functional for tris, like lockouts or dips, and I have no problems with board presses for someone who is prepping to lift in a shirt (even though I always say they're silly for a raw lifter).....Maybe, the raw bench day can be close-grips......it will make more sense as you work the shirt, but a bench press and an equipped bench press really are like 2 different lifts, triceps and lockout strength are more the issue because when you work the shirt right, the first part of the lift is a non-issue.......you can keep cleans in on Wed if you want, maybe add in shrugs, a big, thick back will be important......most of my experience isn't with equipped lifting, but I have seen enough of it to know it is a quite an adjustment and I do know how to peak a lift......form-wise you'll have to learn to pull the weight into your body in a bench shirt, and bench w/ leg drive and a more exaggerated arch.
The lighter workload is good as it will let all the fatigue fade away and you'll be able to peak your strength by training with more intensity (lower reps and max weights) and less overall work and volume. You'll slap on bodyweight too as most do when they cut back on volume.
