LOL if my phone had a better cam u would be able to see the blood vesels. i got them on my eye lids, neck, some cheek. I like that kinda stuff too!! lol

Furtherevidence not to take up bodybuilding, it isn't for you because you deadlift too much weight.

Nice workout, one time after deads I had blood coming out of both shins, both nostrils, and I had a ringing in my ears for a few minutes, lol.

Hey All! Whats up!? I had a GREAT SQUAT Day. Sucky Bench day.

Got my phenom inzer bench shirt closed back. Size 60. Was a handme down so couldnt complain. Its still little loose actually so ill need to get it tweaked so i can work on form with it. The squat suit i was using was also a handme down. So it doesnt have as much spring as it could, but its still a good beginers suit while i get used to it!

Bench:
Warmed up...only was able to work up to 275x1. Missed 315 with the shirt. I felt like i couldnt find the groove with the bench shirt on. Ill find the groove eventually. Even if i dont, i can still go RAw on the benhc since i dont expect to win in that event =]

Squat: Your gonna be proud!

On the 505lb squat, i actually missed the rack, the monolift was set just a mm too high and the bar cought it. Thank god i had a 3 person squat or else it could have been very very bad. I was amazed that i hit 5plates on each side, and i was using the heavier squat bar (55lbs)

On Friday imm going to be working up my 1 rep single on the deadlift. Im still VERY undecided what to go for at the meet. I know i can deadlift over 500lbs and squat over 500lbs now. My bench sucks but thats why ill have a whole year to catch it up. With the squat suit/deadlift suit i think i would be able to pull maybe 550+. I recently hit 505 RAW after a max set, so im hoping a 30-40lbs carry over with the suit.

Im also 'bulking' for the meet. The weight class is either 181 or 198 and since im 190ish i wouldnt mind if i weighed in at 195-198ish because my leverages would definately changed so i should be able to lift slightly more. Plus the extra calories = my muscles are being flooded with nutrients/growing material.
 
Great squatting, Mike.....I agree with weight classes, you always want to be at the top, and in the case of 198, you'll probably be one of the tallest, if not the tallest guy in there, so you'll really want to fill out those long levers.

Yea u think ill be one of the tallest? Didnt realize that. Gotta get some weight on me! got 5 weeks to add 5lbs. Cake =]
Ill be happy to even place in the 10's in the deadlift. How much u think people will be pulling at 198? just wondering....
