Had a good weekend! Enrolled into C.W. Post and got classes yesterday. Im taking Eng/Math/Bio+lab/Freshman Seminar Class. Gonna be preety tight with work and all, but hey got to do what i gotta do.
I will be going for my B.S. in Nutrition. To become a Registered Dietician. Also my school offers personal training certification. WICH i will use to my advantage =].

BUT SERIOUSLY! I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU to everyone who has made thier comments on the thread! i read each and every thread. You really motivate me to hit the weights hard lol probably because if i walked around telling people i lifted 330x5 today at the gym they wouldnt care, but here, you do care and you DO PUSH me to go for the 335x5.

hell yea no more screwing around baby!! I love the stairs i get when im listening to enter the sandman by metallica and really bobbing my head! DIET has been a huge role! You'll be banging the same weight as me in no time.

Not too much accessory work on Friday. Squatting & Benching really drained me out. My lower back was DONE from deadlifting still.

All in all Great Gym Day.

Notes:
Been eating alittle LESS clean then normal, but summer is over and now its time for me to get stronger/bigger. I wont be eating like crap, but here and there i might eat something just for the added calories. Time to crush!

No Accessory Work, too Drained. Had to battle 333x5 in the squat w/o a spotter and 255x5 w/o a spotter. Mentally i had to really get focused and tell myself i could do it. It was a BATTLE but again i was victorious!
 
Nice lifting the past couple of days.....LIU is a good school, and CW Post is a sweet looking campus, they play some good football up there too.

I can train at C.W. Post On mondays and on weds + fri i can train at my gym. So all in all it works out preety good.
