Hey all! What is up!? Great Gym day yesterday. Havnt had time really to hit a big workout, but yesterday i got one in :chomp:

Ate preety good yesterday. And got a good deep sleep, not too many hours last night, but it was good.

Got videos from yesterday. Great. Deadlifted 418x5. Then deadlifted 465x1 couple minutes after. And i got to squat 325x5.

P.S. I had to take Monday's Leg day and do it yesterday since i didnt hit my legs yet.

Also ate a big DINNER last night. Had about 6 mini porkchops. Amazing. Also my partner gace me his full muscle tech chocolate. It tastes like pure shit. Thank god its payday friday...

Squat:
165x5
205x5
245x5
285x5
325x5 (NEW PR! Last Rep was a Battle But i won)

Incline Bench:
135x5
155x5
175x5
205x5 ( New PR on Incline Bench. Just switched to barbell instead of dumbels)


Deadlift:

265x5
315x5
370x5
418x5 ( New PR For 5.)
465x1 (This is after 418x5 so i was drained. Felt good going for it. Next week, im going to hit 425x5, then hit 470 for a single. I want to progressivley load both ranges.

Assistance Work:

Reverse Hypers: 100x10 110x10 120x10 130x10

But it was a good workout yesterday. :chomp:

Do you know the guy watching you in the background during your squats? lol Audience haha...

How did those hypers feel after that workout? lol, ouch. I can see you correct your form on last squat. You are getting pretty strong. How are you feeling after training? Do you get sore, achy, etc? Seems like you are always in pretty good spirits most of the time.. it's addictive :)

Oh & feel free to :velvett: on me anytime. I don't think I'll be needing it though over the next 11 weeks :D

Hey bunny, Yea, that actually was a construction worker who was building a room in the gym, he used to work at the gym before he got fired for flirting with chicks. Yeah i noticed he pointed. Theres a big PL guy in the mono lift, but u cant see him only his legs from that angle.

The hypers felt GREAT. This was the second time doing them and they actually felt alot better then the first time i did them. They are hard. Its actually a very hard lift now that i think about it. other machine work i usually dont have to 'battle' weight. BUT on the reverse hypers it always seems to be a battle. Looks like im hitting an area that was lacking =]

Am i sore? Hell yea. Am i sore like when i first started working out? NAH. Now i get the, man im tired and achy today but no serious pain. Remember the days when u first started when u would squat and not be able to walk? Its nothing like that. More of a tired, i need sleep to recover type of soreness. In fact me being achy is a constant reminder to myself that im in the proccess of healing and i need food. :velvett:

I try to be in a good mood about my lifting. Its an personal accomplishment. ESP since im not on anything. In the deadlift video, my partner is screaming "NO JUICE NECCESSARY" in a gym know for juicers. It was awkward for a coupkle seconds, but u know what ill outlift them anyday =]

loved them.......i did them after DLing yesterday. Actualy feels like a 'main lift' with all the damn energy im excerting (with good form)

Today is GYM DAY!

The only thing that does suck, is that i was supposed to get my windshield fixed in my car. But i blew a tire last night, so i have to get my rim unbent before i can drive it anywhere =[
