Hello Ef World! Had a great workout Friday. Also had a great ab workout Saturday.

Heres my numbers from friday's workouts.

Bench:

257x4 ( Only needed 3, but got the 4th one up solid)
185x15 ( Felt like going to fatigue, did not need a spotter, so didnt go to failure)

Squat:

160x5
205x5
245x5
285x5
330x4 (Felt like WARTIME, but got it. In fact someone commented on how straight and tight i kept everything and how it was amazing to see some1 sit so deep with 330.)

Row:

95x5
115x5
135x5
135x5
160x5 ( 3 reps @ perfect 90 degrees, last 2 somewhat cheated)
115x8

Accessory Work:
Dips: +45 X 8 , +90 X 8 , +90 X 8 , +135 X 7


Saturday's Workout ABS ONLY


MM ABS:
50lbs X 10
50lbs x 10
60lbs X 10
60lbs X 10

Sitting Incline Oblique Band Bends
Thick Blue Band 4 Sets @ 10 reps

Standing Side Bend
Green Band 4 sets @ 20 reps per side

Ab Roller Roll Outs
4 sets @ 10 reps

MM, your workouts are looking great IMO :)

Nice job on the 330. Tomorrow I think I'm going to attempt front squats for the 1st time. Fun Fun Fun ... A little more than 10.5 weeks out! Ahhhhhhhhhh!

BigTT, im trying man. Its great i love pounding heavy weight. Real glad i dropped the weight down to 330 instead of beating myself up at 360 ya know what i mean? Ill be there one day, soon i hope

*Bunny*, THANKS! Ive been sqauting and loving it. Actually almost up there with deadlifting =]. In the contest i want to go for a DECENt number for my weight class. I think the board has 560 @ 191 class. Thats what im aiming for. Possible or not by next meet. THAT IS A GOAL OF MINE. At least 600lb squat RAW. I know this might take several years. But ill beat it eventually. My short term goal is 450 RAW.

Sgtslaughter, Yea i cranked up the sqauts. I figure they will help both SQAUTS and DEADS so why not right =]. I NEEEED TO BENCH before squating. Or else the sqauts take so much out of me, and for some reason, benching doesnt tax me no where near as much.

I think you've got an easy 600 raw squat in you within 3 years or so.....you may have to weigh about 220, but it'll be lean muscle built gradually over time.....you're also tall enough to be really lean at 242 someday, your numbers would be obscene at that weight.

Thanks BIGT! I just looked up michael ohearn and wow, thanks for even considering my name in the same sentance as him lol. But your right, That is exactly the look/lifestyle im looking for lol. Hes strong as fuck. And hes in bunch of movies, etc. THANKS BIGT!
 
you're on a roll man, love the enthusiasm you've got for lifting.. keep it burning and you'll hit those goals in time.
 
Hey EF world. Log update. Another Great workout! Hit all new PR's so im happy as fuck today. Today i have another shooting day for the film. Really glad got a workout in yesterday and killed it. I have shooting today and tommarow. But tommarow's starts at 7:00pm around. SO I WILL be deadlifting tommarow. Going for 430x5
