At first, people were very weary about us in the 'hood' with a camera, then they eventually loosened up. My boys had thier NYU film class id's so when we showed the building maneger he let us shoot, he just doesnt let commercial videos/cameras.

In the beging i had a scene where i was running from building to building and i come out and hop a 6ft fence. duringt that scene since we were shooting in apt buildings prob got like 15-20 onlookers. when u see the video, hopefully they kept the scene where i literally leap over a 6ft fence. I was amazed...when i got back to where my boys were, all i could say was "shit, sqauts must really work lol"

The film is actually gonna be 30mins. I hope it can be longer =] lol

Not sound cheesy, but when a photograph (or any piece of art for that matter) appeals to my eye as well as my emotions, yes, I like 'em :)

Reminded me of a scene from 'A Perfect Murder' with Gwyneth Paltrow and Michael Douglas, when she went to the alleged 'criminals' apt etc... Not too sure why, it just did :)

BUNNY if u like artwork, ill have plenty for you! The place in the pic is HUGEEE, That one side is the entrance, so theres not too much on the walls cuz its tall. but the back side OMG the graphiti was so amazing. Colors and shit that would blow your mind!

i hope they keep that one, because we took so many, so u never know if anything went wrong with the first take. Since i was really jumping, i really land differently everyone ya know what i mean? So there might be one where the jump and the landing are perfect.
 
Hey EF world. Did another part of the shoot yesterday. I hope to actually have off today to deadlift =]. Im shooting again Thursday definately. Also got lucky by hitting a quick workout yesterday.

Was able to do Chest + Back yesterday

Chest:
135x5
160x5
190x5
225x5
250x4 (needed spot on fifth)

Rest Rate = 30s-1min max

(Had to hit a quick workout. Low REST. Now Felt really good doing a quick workout)

Now im not sure, but i liked the low rest. Now i want to ask some smarter vets here....

If i cut down my rest time, would this in turn allow me to lift heavier when i go back to lifting heavy? or would the low rest just allow more hypertrophy(not looking for hypertrophy, more strenght)

I got the camera today again...

Just not sure if i should go heavy heavy or semi heavy...

i want to hit 435x5 Today. Last week i hit 585ish, with the bands set up for the bottom of the lift. I hope that it carried over this to this week. I hit 435x4 before. So if i hit 435x5 its going to be a new PR.

Actually learned to squeeze traps really tight before i got down. Im going to explode trhough the rep range. HOPE TO KICK SOME ASS!

Got the video camera so immma have alot of fun today. Imma get videos from all lifts.

Also going to incline bench today with barbell. The dumbells are just getting too heavy to safely swing up. So that will be different for today....

Hey all! What is up!? Great Gym day yesterday. Havnt had time really to hit a big workout, but yesterday i got one in :chomp:

Ate preety good yesterday. And got a good deep sleep, not too many hours last night, but it was good.

Got videos from yesterday. Great. Deadlifted 418x5. Then deadlifted 465x1 couple minutes after. And i got to squat 325x5.

P.S. I had to take Monday's Leg day and do it yesterday since i didnt hit my legs yet.

Also ate a big DINNER last night. Had about 6 mini porkchops. Amazing. Also my partner gace me his full muscle tech chocolate. It tastes like pure shit. Thank god its payday friday...

325x5 (NEW PR! Last Rep was a Battle But i won)

Incline Bench:

205x5 ( New PR on Incline Bench. Just switched to barbell instead of dumbels)


Deadlift:

465x1 (This is after 418x5 so i was drained. Felt good going for it. Next week, im going to hit 425x5, then hit 470 for a single. I want to progressivley load both ranges.

Assistance Work:

Reverse Hypers: 100x10 110x10 120x10 130x10

But it was a good workout yesterday. :chomp:
