put it this way, i brought a bottle set of johnie walker black label. My boy bought the 60$ of goose, another bought in the 40$ goose, and open bar. lets say they have a picture of us by the bar, with ALL empty bottles, and the kid who threw the party was pissed because we finished BOTTLES of alcohol lol. I wish i would have gotten sick, this would have never happend lol

BUT then again, ill live another day, laugh about it, and def will do it again when needed =]

Alcholism as well here. I dont near drink everyday. And sense I have been on have only binged 2 nights. And rarely drink during the weekday. I got all my drinking out this weekend thats for sure. I used to have a limit back when I was 14-15. Used to always get so drunk and throw up/piss all overmyself till I passed out. After a couple years it goes away and all that happens is that I black out but my body keeps truckin and makin an ass outta myself. But that as well gets old and I have had my good times but Im kinda sorta putting it behind me. Im right with you. Wait till I can smoke again..... :Chef: That will be the day. I wont drink 1/20 that I do now.
 
Well, the main thing you should do is not miss workouts if at all possible.

I try to adhere to the above, so the following isn't based on personal experience...

Option 1:
Do your workouts Tue-Th-Sat this week then resume as normal on Monday (with more conservative increases on Friday's triples/Mondays 5s to account for having a day less of rest). This would mean getting to the gym soon today if it closes early for the fourth, getting plenty of sleep on Saturday and Sunday nights, and not doing any cardio/ab work on Sunday to be as well-recovered as possible after the shorter break.

Option 2:
On Wednesday do your Wednesday workout (not Monday's), keeping the light squats the same as last week and increasing everything else as you normally would. On Friday, repeat last Friday's workout. Basically, you'd lose Monday's session and your Wednesday lifts would be a week ahead of the M/F ones progression-wise.

i EAT/Sleep great so i can say my recoverty time is preety good..

any input, im pissed about the miss, but i need to not scar ya know.

BUT trust me, my healing rate is very good.
 
Eh, I'd say just go with Option 2 rather than throwing off your schedule for multiple weeks right as you're getting into the most difficult portion of the program. Like I said, you'd lose a week of progress on squat/bench/row, but you'd likely end up in the same place weight-wise with what you proposed due to the smaller jumps you'd have to make.
 
K you got it!!! IT might have been beneficial that i took 4 days off, i havnt had a FULL 4 days off in a very long time CS. So it could work either way, trust me im gonna BLAST the weight tommarow with full intensity, reguardless if its a light day my explosion will be good.

OK GUYS, TODAY IS MY FIRST GYM DAY BACK!!! I FEEL GREAT

feel real rested since thats all i have been doing. ACTUALLY been eating VERY VERY GOOD. So i know i should be healed (muscle wise)

I have not had 4 days off in such a long time, i wish it could have been after the 9 weeks, but hey LIFE is life. AND i will TRY ALOT harder!

SO i will KILL THAT SHIT.

I will explode with my lifts today. =]
 
Had a really good lift day yesterday, preety much blasted weight.

Squated/inclinded/deadlifted =]

Funny thing, on the deadlift. I loaded the wrong weight on the bar for the last set for 5.

I was supposed to hit 385x5. But after it was done, checked it out and it was 185kg = 407lbs. + clips like 409 :mix:

I know this should be easy question for myself to answer. BUT

since i know im able to do 409x5. Should i switch up the numbers a little on my deadlift? Next week i still dont hit 409. Just askin the vets who check my log. I will make sure to start a new thread tho.

Did Chinups too. All around a good workout for being out 4 days and coming back to blast nice weight.

Shades im on my way baby, imma load up a max next week.
