MJ before the GYM

How many puff some MJ (lightly) before hittin the gym? Better Focus?

That sounds like a good way to get hurt, sativa or indica. For example, I am not a big drinker, so I could never have beers before the gym. Good luck with the chillum, selah . . .
ive never tried before the gym then again i havent done it in years either..somehow i think id prolly kill myself squatting!!!
 
I believe i am stronger if I have a hit or 2 before lifting. It's the only time I smoke weed.

Highly recommended if you haven't at least tried.

I still have almost a pound of homegrown from back in grad school when I had a little closet garden. It's been over 3 years since I've smoked though :( Just waiting for the day when I decide to fall off the wagon...and don't give a shit about my job :D

If any of you have tried bubble hash, it's better than MJ for focus at the gym. Just 2 small tokes and you are ready to go. I use to do it once in a while. It gives you an high energy buzz and it allows you to relax a little so you can actually isolate muscles a little better. It's very hard to find, you have to make your own.
