MJ before the GYM

How many puff some MJ (lightly) before hittin the gym? Better Focus?

I have a few buddies here in Cali who belong to the Cannabis Club (its LEGAL for medicinal purposes here :D)...They get "Keef" and some other off the wall high grade stuff (for pretty damn CHEAP)...They are always asking me if I want some...I'm like why? I dont want to go to bed, I want to train, lol :p
 
I dont think I could work out stoned, I feel too slow. And oregon has some STRONG weed, one puff and im lifted! Quit 2 years ago.

BUBBLE HASH IS THE SHIT !I have a friend who makes bubble hash out of his whole crop!(i dont like it that much) sometimes that shit is to strong lol
 
I'm smoking some this weekend! :) First time in over 4 months! There ain't nothing wrong with smoking some weed. But whats more important to you? Getting high or getting huge and ripped? That is why I only this shit 3-4 times a year at the most!

I'm not talking about smoking to the point where you are completely messed up. Just 2 small puffs, you barely feel it but it helps with focus. To tell you the truth, I'm not big on weed, I don't like the feeling all that much. I'm always looking for an edge at the gym, it's like I think I will find a miracle drug or something..lol I've tried a little Viagra before the gym, Ritalin..etc It's stupid, but it's kind of fun to try new things out.

So far the best pre workout boost for me is PowerDrive by Biotest + Vitamin C. It's basically L-Tyrosine and DMAE....good stuff. Tastes like Orange flavoured vomit.
 
I like weed as much as anyone, but it turns me into mush. Great when I want to relax and watch the tube, but I can't even imagine trying to lift while high.

I know what you mean. Me and the wife do the usual things while we smoke all day. We rent a few DVDs, get some junk food and then just smoke and watch tv and munch all day. And then later at night we have some great sex. Thats it! But were basically mush on that couch!

Can't imagine smoking and then training. I do remember this one guy over at the my old gym that did do that. But he was a fucking nasty fat bastard. MOFO even ate Burger King before training! Fat bastard!
