MILK..... whats the story....please help!?!?!

Im wondering if milk is really that benenficial, if at all when dieting. I've read a boat load of mixed reviews. I usually drink 3/4 of a gallon a day and am starting to think this may not be such a great idea. Should milk be incorporated in the daily diet? Please post your opinion.

Drink your milk, maybe not 1/2 gallon, but dirnk some, remember to count the carbs though, there is alot of sugar in milk.. make sure that the carb count of all the milk fits with your diet routine.. (I recommend cutting on under 100g carbs/day)
 
milk is good for me since i cant stomach all the food yet. plus i like it. so... go with it for awhile. i drink maybe like 2-4 glasses with meals, another 2 with shakes, so like 6 total. easy 500 cals, get ur carbs and ur pro. to each their own though. some swear by it, say it is one of the cheapest/best supplment for building mass, others hate it. Why are you thinking its not a good idea???????????
