-This is a guestimate for 2/06 because i didn't have the equipment to measure with-
Peak of stomach: 42"
Biceps: 13" flexed
Calves - 16.5"
Body Fat - 32% (this is a realistic guess since i had my bf taken about a week before i've started this)

Biceps: 13.75" flexed
Calves: 16" flexed
Body Fat - A whopping 26.4% - is this big of a decrease in 11 days healthy?
Weight - about 215lbs will know 100% for sure tomorrow

This has been supplemented with Xenadrine, V12, and a bit of Whey here and there, and One-A-Day multivitamin.

First jog I had nearly 2 weeks ago i made it about 1/10th of a mile. I'm proud to say yesterday I made it 1/2 of a mile (this is including my diminishing Asthma problem)

And now, i am switching from xenadrine to ClenButrx, which so far has gave me an incredible boost in energy and stamina.

any feedback, suggestions, or comments is appreciated (even constructive criticism)

Any way

I finally decided to update my journal with some pics. Specs will come later as I'm about to take off for body fat measurements and whatnot (i have a home caliper set but i feel more 'confident' in the trainers measurements )

Alright, as you can see from my first post i was i was a mess. I'm still working towards my goal, but I'm eating a lot healthier, and have much much more energy than i did when i first posted this (yes, i owe this all to my trainer)

Alright, here goes my current supplement list.
ClenButrx (no longer taking as of last friday 4-2-04)
Sans V12
GNC Mega Men
Pro Blend 55g (haven't taking this for about a month, for reasons out of my control right now. I'll start it again next month.)
Apex Protein bars (trying to keep up with protein even though i can't take the shakes right now)
Zantrex-3 (Very awesome energy booster without ephedra)
ECA Stack (which i haven't taken for about 2 weeks)

Ordered recently:
Flax Seed, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and some Glutamine that i'll be adding to my supplements list in about a week when they arrive.

New Measurements will be coming later on, i don't even have my measurements from 2 weeks ago to post.

I do have a lot more energy, and constantly on the go now. I have a lot more confidence, and I'm a lot more outgoing (due to the confidence i'm assuming )
