Mid Cycle Updated Pics!!

two questions;

how do you feel at that level of leaness...I'm curious

and what do you think of delts rather than quads for primo for less interference with workouts?


I feel great... I have the best feeling, even with all the stress I am under, and that is quite remarkable...

I don't prefer delt injections... I don't have interference in my workouts with the quad injections... I have more interference with delt injections...

I always nail nerves in my own arms for delts (but never do if Im pinnin someone else)....but painful injects tend to cripple my quads..which cripples my workout and my day to day

I obv would not get down to your level of bf but I would wonder about joints and brain function with as low as you are...props to you if you feel good tho!
 
No disrespect Dylan because I know your one of the more knowledgeable members on here, but don't you think you may be doing too much in terms of number of cycles a year and dosages? I frequent these forums a lot, usually lurk, and I always see your threads pop up on your new cycles. You bounce from triple sarms back to aas and vice versa.

I know you got your shit covered when it comes to taking care of yourself and running safe cycles, but there has to be a limit no? Again no disrespect.

I always take the proper time off in between cycles... 2 a year, 3 if they are short... Sarms stacks are used as bridges in between cycles and are not aas... You act as if i am always "on" which is not even close... This is my first cycle in 2013 bro and its already june.. My last one was an 8 week cycle that ended in the beginning of January so I think I have a grasp on how how to run things timely snd properly

Carbs are the brains source of energy... I am taking in enough of them... My joints are feeling excellent..
 
do be totally accurate, glucose is the source of energy for the brain... <<<<< degree in neurobiology ;)
and don't forget body made hormones are lipids...
but yeah...you're right...I was just wondering because the body wants to fight to keep a certain level of fat on hand how you felt. It wasn't a criticism.
 
when i was an endurance athlete i was down to 6% body fat. i weighed 133 pounds and had lean muscle mass on my frame.. i was benching 245 pounds naturally, never took AAS. the holistic doc i was going to had me on a diet of only veggies, complex carbs, and lean meats. i never felt as sharp mentally as i was then. my biggest issue though was timing meals to coincide with my training since running is so much tougher than lifting.. eat the wrong thing at the wrong time and you end up puking. and the gf i was dating at the time was nagging the shit out of me everyday which did far more damage to me mentally lol
 
Dylan you look fuckin fantastic bro. Always look forward to your updates. How is the primo treating you? Curious to know exactly what's its doing for you, as I've got some I plan to use in a few months after SARMs and pct.
