Meal 1 – 1 cup whites, 1 yolk; 1 slice rye bread, ½ tbsp cashew butter
Meal 2 – 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 – 4oz turkey breast, 1 tomato, 1 cup spinach, ½ oz goat cheese, 1tbsp mayonnaise
Meal 4 – 3 scoop whey, 1 cup mixed berries
Meal 5 – 4oz turkey breast, 1 slice rye bread
1446 cals
P: 151g 44%
C: 110g 26%

AM Cardio – step mill – 20 mins of random profile @ level 7

A much better day. Headache subsiding, downing the agua is certainly helping. Work was also so busy that I almost forgot to eat but I made myself stop, breathe and get food. I probably need more green food and will work on incorporating that over the next few days. I don't understand what is going on in my head - stress and the 3pm cravings came and went and I did not weaken at all (thought about it though). Still it is only day 3 :worried:

I will overcome my issues with my body. I will be the best I can be. I am going to do this.

I think I've only seen the stepmill empty 1 time in the last month and it wasn't empty for very long. Since they only have 1 I haven't been on it yet.

Mood - Agitated


It was such a beautiful morning that on the way out to my car to go to the gym, I thought, no, I'll pound the pavement. It was the highlight of my day. As each hour went by, I became more tired, cravings were off the chart and was just pissed off. I couldn't work properly. I'm lifting tomorrow so I knew I needed some carbs. The baked potato was one of the tastiest things I have eaten in ages - my mum always said that simple was best :)

Anyway, didn't cheat, it's Friday night, no alcohol :verygood: and after my favourite oatmeal protein pancakes in the morning, I'll hit the gym.

TGI the weekend. Even though I have to work :(

Happy Friday!!!! You are doing great and I hope your mood improves!!! Props on the NO alcohol---dont touch that crap. You would be better off eating paint chips than putting that shit in your body.

I hope your spirits life up soon, Mermie.:heart: I hate when I have that constant feeling of being agitated. I think it may be the case of you missing your daily coffee...I hear it takes a few days for the body and brain to re-adjust to that.

Isn't it amazing how good something so simple as a potato can taste after days of low carbs? It's actually quite comical when you think about it, eating the potato with the orgasmic look on your face. ;) :lmao:

How were the pancakes and workout this morning? Your pancakes ROCK! :) :arty:
