:garza: younger guys rock. My dh is 31 and i'm the big 3-7 :worried:
Yeah well maybe for you! Unfortunately 22 year olds are wayto immature for me :) I prefer older just because I can conversationally connect better and have more to talk about!

Tuesday
Meal 1 – 1 ready made protein shake
Meal 2 – 2 slices sourdough rye, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp organic cherry jam
Meal 3 – 1½ cup homemade chicken chilli
Meal 4 – 2 slices sourdough rye, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp organic cherry jam
Meal 5 – 2 eggs, poached, 1 cup vegetarian beans, 1 slice cheddar
1607 cals
P: 30
C: 36
F: 34
Fibre: 41g

AM Cardio – brisk soft sand beach walk – 25 mins
Deadlift – 5x7 (20, 25, 30, 35, 40)
Needsize Abs – I HATE THESE – 3x10
Swiss ball crunches – 3x10

Cardio – treadmill – 20 mins of 6kph @ 6%

I know, a lot of carbs today. But I am trying to use up all my food before the trip and will buy a whole load of more suitable foods for next week. The gym was busy even though I went a bit later and got frustrated with the grunters. Feel good for the extra cardio.

I had my results back from the food allergy/intolerance tests. Apparently I need to avoid:

Wheat, cow's milk, cow's milk products (not including whey), pork, oranges, dates, pistachio nuts, peanuts, peanut butter, mushrooms, refined sugars, cocoa, coffee, beer, wine.

No surprise on wheat and dairy, that must be a western world given but some of the others were a surprise. So vodka is safe :p though, obviously, alcohol should be avoided at all times.

I'm going out on a limb now :worried: - and remember this is a really big deal for me and my mental strength BUT:

It is 90% likely that I will be going to Treil's show on July 15th (soooooo excited). This is almost 14 weeks away. And I do NOT want to look and feel like this when I meet up with everyone. Bunny's idea of a mini comp has made me think that maybe I should treat the next 3 months as MY competition. Already, as I type, I'm telling myself that I can't do this, mentally I'm too weak. But too late - it's decided. From Tuesday next week (on return from my trip) I start Mermaid's competition diet (no cheats, no alcohol, full training), following Treil in her prep. Cold turkey - fuck the baby steps, they're not working anyway.

Faaaarrrrrkkk me. This is going to be hard :worried: Oh girls, please :velvett: me when you can, I really need help with this.

The angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other are in a big fight right now - bugger - go on press submit, you can do it, press submit, do it NOW

Wow, allergies! I couldn't live without my coffee! YOU WILL DO THIS! I started in september at 30% bodyfat and it took a long time on my own but in Feb I was 24.6 and getting it tested again next week. You have so much support here and so many people with great information! YOU WILL DO THIS! don't even think in your mind you can't you already are doing it, so that statement just isn't true anyway.

Write down your goal and write it down as I WILL and post it up!

Oh great....Now I REALLY have to kick it into gear and get my ass in shape so I can kick yours for posting those pics and starting this whole friggin mess. (OK I'm just messin with you :rose: )

You can do this. I believe in you & I've never met you.

As far as the little red b*stard on your shoulder :finger:
Shoot him between the eyes and plant him under a rose bush. Roses like sh*t & he's no good to you anyway.
