Mermaid 2006

Yea!! GREAT JOB Mermaid for posting your pics!! This will be a wonderful start to a successful fat loss journey. I can already see your quads and when you make the decision to cut, they are going to look unbelievable! :heart: ;)
 
Saturday
Meal 1 – 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, ½ cup spinach, 1/2 cup mushrooms
Meal 2 – 2 slices cheddar cheese
Meal 3 – 3 scoop whey, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
Meal 4 – 4oz chicken breast, 1 cup vegetarian beans
Meal 5 – 2 tbsp ANPB
1395 cals
P: 38
C: 25
F: 37
Fibre: 25g


Bent over BB rows – 5x7 (25, 27 ½ , 30, 30, 30)
DB incline press – 5x7 (16, 18, 20, 25, 25) P had to help on last set
Pull down – 5x7 (25, 27 ½, 30, 32 ½, 35)

Cardio – elliptical w/ arms – 30 mins of 70rpm @ level 3

Thanks for all the positive comments. I'd like to say that I feel the same but not today :( I'll be glad when the week is over.

EDIT: Though I guess a day without bread and alcohol is a good day for me!

Onward and upward!!!

Maybe if you shake your shells at Mr. P he won't drag you to the gym. ;)

I tried that today. It worked for all of 2 minutes. Then he dragged me to the gym by my hair.

Anyway, lost my appetite this morning, have no idea why, so everything was forced down until lunch. AND I managed to drag myself to the gym all on my own :verygood: Just felt like hitting a cardio machine and it felt good.

Dinner out this evening as it is P's 30th birthday (oh yes, I like them young, LOL). We're actually going away for Easter to celebrate and spend some much needed QT together, but another friend shares the same birthday so we went out. I drove, no alcohol :verygood: but carbed up a little.

Sunday

Meal 1 - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp honey
Meal 2 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk; 1 kiwi fruit
Meal 3 - 3oz chicken, 1 slice cheddar, 2 slices sourdough rye, 1/2 tomato
Meal 4 - Missed
Meal 5 - Chicken breast w/ mozzarella, about 1/2 cup spaghetti napoli
No totals

Cardio - 45 mins treadmill - 6kph @ 8% incline

Monday morning now, at work. Ugh. Still a short week thank goodness. Hope you all had a good weekend :)
