Meal 2 - 1 apple, 1oz almonds
Meal 3 - 4oz turkey breast, 1 tomato, 1 cup spinach, 1/2oz goat cheese
Meal 4 - 3oz chicken breast, ½ cup salsa, 1 apple
Meal 5 - 3oz chicken breast, 1 medium baked potato, 1 tbsp mayonnaise
AM cardio – 20mins outdoor walk/jog

It was such a beautiful morning that on the way out to my car to go to the gym, I thought, no, I'll pound the pavement. It was the highlight of my day. As each hour went by, I became more tired, cravings were off the chart and was just pissed off. I couldn't work properly. I'm lifting tomorrow so I knew I needed some carbs. The baked potato was one of the tastiest things I have eaten in ages - my mum always said that simple was best
Anyway, didn't cheat, it's Friday night, no alcohol

and after my favourite oatmeal protein pancakes in the morning, I'll hit the gym.
