Mermaid 2006

I waited until today to see this....

:eek2:

Thank goodness I wasn't eating. That's just disturbing...

What's disturbing is that the colors of their suits are neon & they are all standing there smiling like they're swimsuit models for Sports Illustrated.

The one lady has 2 a$$es, one in the back and one up front cuz that kinda looks like buttcrack to me.

I dont think they look THAT bad!

yeah right... GROSS!!! I swear, if that ever happened to me...

well, at least they're gettin $paid$. :laugh2:
Maybe that's why they're smilin ;) Or... they are laughing at eachother thinking the other one looks worse than they do.

My dd and I saw a very overweight woman going into the dr. office when we were leaving and she said "oh mom look at that poor woman!" (she is such a sympathetic soul :verygood: ) and I took the opportunity to say "Yes, she has been eating way too much and eating bad foods/junk. She is killing herself and dying a slow death!"
*Hope she remembers that and tries to eat healthier, I've been crackin' down a little more with the kids now that i'm more health conscious!!" :)

Well I'm back. Had a really good time, a much needed break with P.

Now on to the serious stuff.

I cheated well, picking my most favorite foods, almost like a farewell ceremony and enjoying every bite.

I'm going to completely avoid all foods on my intolerance list, all alcohol and basically stick to as much of a competition diet as I can. I will however, ensure I have a piece of fruit, colored veggies (peppers, tomato (fruit) etc) and beans. I have an almost paranoid fear of constipation and must ensure my fiber is high. Will be reading more on carb cycling tonight and will incorporate that program also.

Morning cardio is a must so getting up at 5.30am for the gym, plus returning for weights in the evening.

The first 21 days will be tough. But then I'm hoping habits will set in.

But I am SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a really amazing opportunity for you (and P!) to take a very specific amount of time and create "new" bodies. Even 1 lb. per week would be 12 lbs. of fat, and I'll bet you can do better than that and actually gain a little muscle, too. P told me he was going to be gone just a FEW more days, and then you two will really have an outstanding support and partner system. You two are really wonderful for each other and can lovingly help each other until doing workouts consistently is more exciting and rewarding than the short-term misguided pleasure of missing it. The guilt after missing sucks, huh?

Apply your strengths in other areas to this, Mermaid (Now it's weird to call you Mermaid - LOL!). Remember the art gallery: nothing will ever be as it was, and you can change anything you don't like.

No worries. Ever. :)
