Talk about food panic. Thursday's alcohol led into Friday's diet destruction. Carb frenzy is an understatement and then the subsequent days were higher carb too. I'm now holding a lot of water and am trying to dissipate it by chugging down liters of it.

what has been sabotaging my progress right from the beginning - my weekend binges. Sunday we had lunch with friends - I refused the alcohol and chose the better dish. I got some stick for not having a drink and it just makes me not want to go out with people at all.
The weekend's training was not the gym - I helped a friend move so was working hard for most of the day and then slept for 14 hours! A beach walk was all I wanted to do on Sunday.
