My leg workout consists of leg presses, lunges, calf raises, anterior tibialis raises, leg curls, leg extensions, thigh adductor and abductor, stiff legged deadlifts. That's enough to whip my ass. That's why I can't go tonight (3 hours of yardwork today). My intensity would suck.
exactly, my leg press and squat are flailing right now because when I get to a certain weight, which my leg muscles EASILY handle.........I get these little pops in my groin, hip and lower back. That's why I'm saying fuck it and doing some of the girly shit............just with alot more weight.
