menzez do you ever use the gaye leg squeezy machine?

My leg workout consists of leg presses, lunges, calf raises, anterior tibialis raises, leg curls, leg extensions, thigh adductor and abductor, stiff legged deadlifts. That's enough to whip my ass. That's why I can't go tonight (3 hours of yardwork today). My intensity would suck.
 
how does one benefit from this, bodybuilding wise?

exactly, my leg press and squat are flailing right now because when I get to a certain weight, which my leg muscles EASILY handle.........I get these little pops in my groin, hip and lower back. That's why I'm saying fuck it and doing some of the girly shit............just with alot more weight.

what if you isolate quads on leg press and extensions and they get bigger just from that

and hammys on deads
