What is up everyone? Here is my HUGE log update. Well not too huge, just 3 days lol. Squatted yesterday and hit HUGE numbers....
(Since training for competition i have been going for singles, so i dont remember my warmup weight)
Friday:
Deadlifted - Worked my way up to 517.
Saturday:
Squat - Worked up to 560 in my 'new' suit. Couldnt break parralel.
Monday:
Squat - Worked up to 560x1 and got it parrelel. Then i did 605 x 1. Broke Parallel. Actually had my 'coach' rob watch my depth. He is the one screaming LOWER.....LOWERRRRRRR....on the video lol
Notes: Why did i squat monday after sat? because i felt saturday's squat was cheap. I had no spotters so i couldnt go too crazy. When i got in the gym yesterday my boy Joey and my 'coach' Rob was there Deadlifting heavy, so i knew this why my chance for a heavy squat. Besides i didnt break parrallel on SAT so i didnt work my legs hard enough.

Additional Notes: I really fucked up my face tho. Popped blood vessels everywhere. Looks like i got freckles, wich i know will go away in another 2 days like usual. BUT i popped vessels in my eyes. One in the left one and one in the right. Not really visisble unless i move my eye because it is in the corner of it. BUT im wearing glasses all this week and not training untill Friday so my eyes can breath alittle more.
