diselfuel - had a lb of ground round cooked up on the skillet with taco seasoning. put in side tortillia with shreaded cheese for homeade soft tacos..... as well as waffel fries and a ton of gatorade.
backlash- yeah im getting better. wait untill next week when i do 4 inch rom. i normally o 405 x 6 x 8 at that height. so it should be interesting to see my 1 repmax there. and yes im strong on my pushing than pulling.... i dont put as much intensity on rowing or back movments on upper body day. i prefer strict form, fast reps, with a slow negative. very little rest between sets..... it makes me learn that way. when bench your lats are flexed constantly, statically almost. so i dont want to flale around with weights and loose the point of working it.
tweakle.... i know what you mean. i tried 455 and pushed for 10 seconds.... oh the pain in my foramrs when i was done. i didnt use wrist wraps either....
