It's very possible that the bro on this board is unaware his source would do this to me, or perhaps i am naive. I sent $250 (plus $30) and he said he only collected $110, which WU disputes. They dont give out partial payments, and now he wants the shortage before shipment.

maybe he's got a go-between that picks up the wu cash and brings it to him. maybe that dude shorted him? wu receipt? send him a copy of it
