ok I just got home from a nice night out....... anyway
first off........ respect to Bruce for posting pics, yes you are leaner then me but at 6'3" 180lbs I sure hope you are lean, if you werent I would curse my parents for the bad genetics. I just thought you were on this "I am lean but I think I am huge tall guy thing" You have muscle Bruce, I will give you that. But you are on Steroids and I am not, you must take that into consideration. I am sorry about the comment I made about your uncle, I did not know. I made fun of the health issues people have when they are on Roids because I feel it is wrong take them. Would you feel sorry for a smoker who gets lung cancer ? Yes it is sad but it was their fault for making that choice to smoke. Same with Roids, you dont want high blood pressure, stop juicing. I am done with that, everybody has their own beliefs and morals. I wish nobody ill health including you Bruce, just be wise when you use AAS and realize there is risks even under a doctor's supervision.
Second... I had no notice to take pics after bruced called me out, I just eat a huge lunch so I was bloated, I drank alot of water too just before the pics I took. Maybe I did not look the best I could have, I was not pumped at all in those pics.......... and no that is not oil you fags
I just got out of the shower.
No excuses, the people have spoken and I lost but when people say stupid shit like "do you even work out" that is plain stupid. I really do work out and I train in MMA. I am pretty strong for my size though, my numbers are pretty decent in the gym. I consider myself to be a pretty good athlete.
I never said I was huge, or super ripped........ I said I was healthy and a good athlete, which I am.
my life is good, no hard feelings Bruce....... a good call out makes life interesting. A little competiton can't hurt nobody.
