here is me before i ever touched a damn thing. i was a dumb rook, i did at one point think steroids were magic, i took win after this pic and was eating 2500 cals a day wondering why i wasn't growing. found ef and started to eat right and then ran a short tbol cycle to see how i responded on a 5000 cal diet with 300g of protein, gained 7lbs. so that is what i consider my first
