Actually I did not state anything about you being right or wrong - what I did suggest is that your comment to Lestat was insincere - hence being full of shit.

I think you're right about a lot of things, I also think you're wrong about other things but I also think that while you're intelligent you're emotionally immature and that's why you look to have 20 something's worship your "honesty", your "nerve" and that's ok - maybe this is what you do to let off steam - maybe these are the only people that will listen to you other than those that work under you and consider you their boss.

I do think you're a bit of an ass (clearly my first impression of you early 2001 was dead on) - and we all know that you're a liar and a fake with a fabulous ability for "song and dance".

But you're your own pied piper and you can choose to lead whatever sort of people you can.

Fortunately - I don't need a team or a following to feel good about myself.

You and some others might get the red-ass because of how I left the mod team; fine, you're entitled to that. But don't go extrapolating into other behaviors because that stuff upset you, or because of anything else.

Lestat,

It is a game, a tactic, pure manipulation. I watched our former Admin do the same thing Matt is doing here.

What Matt is doing has been done before. Nothing new or original. I have seen the game play out in real life when a manager at my old job got demoted.

Hat's off to Matt for pulling it off. A big badge of shame to the tools who are falling for it.
