Regardless of your opinion of Mark Wahlberg, the dude has pretty much always taken care of himself and has more muscle than someone like Brad Pitt (a common target/reference by bigger guys).

I'm not sure when, but I think there was actually a Marky Mark training VHS tape released back in the day.

At the start of the movie "The Big Hit" (only $10 at Best Buy), he's doing a workout, impressive shit. It wasnt lifting, but he was doing stuff that only a person who was very fit with adequate strength can do.
