its half life is 27hrs, the effects should start dissipating soon. you are obviously very sensitive (though this is also your "first time" so as with most things it carries it strongest punch, so to speak).

with the cabergoline you can probably use .25mg e4d

cabergoline does not necessarily have zero sides, it just has somewhat less incidence of sides. though the comparative studies used much higher doses of bromocriptine than you are using.

as a note- you will find on the forums that most people report no sides with cabergoline, this may, stress on may, be related to the fact that most of them are using questionable research liquid as opposed to pharma tablets.
