Macro, Huck, et al: Best compounds to optimize insulin on a bulking 'phase'

Running T-3 at dosages of 12.5-25mcgs/day for short bursts probably won't cause too mush TSH suppression, and will cause only a very SLIGHT increase in metabolic rate, maybe 1-2%.I don't think such a low dose would have any adverse effects used in conjunction with an E/C stack.Out of those 3 choices,I'd say ALA,as I am not familiar enough with Phenformin to be recommending it.I will have to do some more research on it.

When I use ALA + just 12.5 mcg T-3 when on cycle I can take in massive amounts of simple "crap" carbs and not get fat...especially if I am using something like winstrol. The T-3 will work alot better at nutrient partitioning if you take a beta agonist (ephedrine, nor-ephedrine, or clen) throughout the day. These actually help convert the T-3 into what the body uses, so a combo allows you to use a very low dose of T-3 and get a good effect from it.

BTW chinaman 40mg T-3 tabs are good (just take 1/4 firs thing in the morning) but clomidman's (s^#) pink blister pack cytomel is very questionable, even though his other products are legit. I don't think it is his fault, it is just a crappy product on the manufacturer's part.

metformin looks great on paper, but it really gums up your digestive tract. part of the mechanism of action is slowing the absorbtion of carbs in the gut, so it really is the last thing you want in your system when you are trying to refuel fast post-workout or when you wake up in the morning.

$70 for 1000 100mg caps.

Very good deal, and the product is legitimate.
They even sent me some samples so that
I could see. They also have an independent lab report
which I confirmed too.

Bump for good reading, I just wish there were more infomation posts around. I learned alot for this one guys thanks

My 2 cents worth

MY wife is insulin resistant and started on glucophage shes up to 2000mg a day does have the glyciemic reactions of headache and chills at 1 or 2hrs after doses, she eats an orange and all is ok. She has lost 8 pounds in 2.5 weeks.

I have added 250mg of ala 2 times a day with 12.5mcgs 2 times a day of t3 and have actually gained weight, it seems to have made me hungry all the time. Now 1 thing I have noticed is that I do have mild diareahia (sp?) other than that this very low dose seems to be working fine, I feel fuller longer after workouts
