moya, my calves have always been a bastard. At least now i've gotten them bigger than my forearms. (they werent before this). Im very happy with the size of my upper legs, as it is now jeans suck to find. However, the cuts are not near as good as my upper body. I have several theories on this and a few weeks to figure it out. We'll see what i can do.
 
1-10 test-e 250mg twice a week
1-10 eq 200mg twice a week
1-4 katanadrol 150mg every day
4-10 provirone 25mg twice a day )
1-10 T-3 dose of 12.5mcg every day move up by 12.5mcg every 3 days till a max of 75mcg and taper back down week 9
2-4 clen 20mcg max dose of 120mcg
6-9 same as above

10-14 Clomid 25mg every day
10-14 Unleashed and post cycle 1 cap 3 times a day of each.

And this is the kinds of things I need to be talking to you about... you should not be tapering down at all right now. If anything you should be going up in dose bro.. jake that shit up to 125mcg a day bro and come in nice and tight... You can taper off after the contest and use a new product I got coming out called T-3-PCT :p

pete my man. Get with my monday and give me a call. I want to switch things up for you and pull a few tricks. We need to get you single digit bf% and pull a few tricks to bring out the striations in your legs which I see are lacking a bit. Also if you are willing to experament a little with me over the next week I got some shit called posing oil I got for you to try.. Will be injecting it right into different muscle groups to see how it works for you. This will bring out the peaks in your biecepts which I think you are also lacking in. You have great size right now and with a few more bf% shredded down you will look great but I really want to give you a peak on the cepts for pic day... So they look like mountain tops.

We can do the same with some muscle groups in the legs... Its a little form of tricker and ya ya some call it cheating but fuck da haters you are in it to win it right. All the prose use this stuff as apposed to synthanol which is permanent this stuff only last a few hours... Just enough needed to get on stage looking great then get off.

Any time my friend... As everyone knows its my life to help people. I give more then anyone in this industry could ever dream of giving to the people around me.. ( yet every once in a wile some bitch can still find a way to be a ungrateful cry baby some how and blame me for there problems).. I love to help others and I live my life at the service of my friends, family, and people in my life that I come in contact with each day...

If I can change the life of just one person I feel good but each day of my life I have the opportunity to change the lives of thousands.. Its a great life for me and I love every second of it.. I cant wait to shine some light on what i've been doing the past 10 days to improve on my last set of photos. I've gotten some great advice from the most knowledgeable people who were extremely generous with their insights. Thank you Needto, zed, Radar, Nelson, rick and Southern lord.

Next is PCT...

How many days after last pin should i be starting this cornucopia of goodies? I've read and heard several different things... I really hope this transition goes as smooth as the actual cycle. I know i took a huge gamble, that most would advise against in starting out with something other than a test only cycle. I had never even done a pro-hormone in the past...

Probably going in for blood work tomorrow. A local convention is running tests super super cheap as a community wellness event. I know its not the ideal time, but it will at least shine some light on whats really going on inside me. I may be bold enough to say i never got completely suppressed on this cycle.. I don't know how you'd know for sure, and I hope this makes a smooth recovery more likely.

I took 1st. My physique is terrible. Worse than my original start pic by far. Sorry that the competition did not continue it would have been cool to watch as an outsider. I don't know what I would change it to but I hope to continue this log. The principal behind the last one was how much an average joe could change in a short period of time. I'd like to try again with less emphasis on massive change and perhaps more on efficiency. To show that significant change can occur in a short period of time with a repeatable amount of effort/supplements. You with me won?
 
Cool man... well funny enough... *MY* physique isn't really the greatest at the moment either.. I also took a hiatus.. got in shape.. then got into running and yoga... lol and YEA... lost a LOT of size... Christ... I'm 5'11 sitting at a softish 185 - 190 depending on the time of day... and around 13% bf... Not TERRIBLE.. but not the way it was... I have been training quite a bit there lately.... and think I'm ready to jump back on a cycle Jan 05th... I'll be trying Anadrol for the first time... Dbol has always treated me well... so I'll be hitting up Test/Deca/Drol and lower dose masteron... should be interesting...

Post up some current pics man... I'll do the same.. and we'll see what's up.. :D
