I dont think so. All and all i feel great.

I always feel clen on the first day that I up the dose when ramping... A bit gittery and irritable.

Im drinking close to 2 gallons of water a day and still a little dehydrated. But thats hardly a side as far as im concerned.

something may be negatively effecting my cardio... im not sure what? does t-3 do that? the katana? Also, shoulder pumps are making kickboxing, work and grappling very hard.
 
For some reason I think the Kat affected my cardio too.....the little bit that I do. But it seemed that when I was on it the cardio was much harder. This is JIMO. Maybe N2 will chime in here.

today was supposed to be back, but my trap into my neck was feeling a bit strained from bridging during grappling. Or from trying to get out of 1 of the 20 triangles i was sub'd in......


any body fat guesses, from pics? I wasnt able to get it measured today, prob wont cross paths again for a week....
 
just in case someone stumbles into this log that hasnt been checking in on the gallery. Here is a snapshot of the 4.5 week mark.

I've been "on" for 3.5 weeks.

I have had all of my macros within 10gms daily and have yet to enjoy a complete rest day.

I've been doing fasted cardio, roughly 500cals a session 2-4 days a week, training some form of mma 2-4hrs a week, intense wt training 5 days a week.Physical job.

thanks man, im surprised by that too. My original calculations had me around 190 lbs lbm. Even if ive lost only 2.5% bf I've had to of added 6lbs lbm.... IMO thats alot for a month when in a caloric deficit. Im hard pressed to believe its all water based on my chronically chapped lips.

thanks man, its taken me years of consistent lifting in order to reach those numbers. Also, strength has been my focus for the passed 2 years.

yea, im doing proviron in my cycle. I've done some research on it, but to be honest it was more or less off my radar (unless it goes by another name) before this competition. I still have another week of katana first

some thoughts from a rookie...

Im beginning to think that it will be difficult to get the very last drop out of the vials. Or at least without getting too much air in the syringe, making accurate measurements a pain in the butt.

also side note, how much liquid can a 3cc syringe hold between the last tic and the needle?

heating pads on fresh injections feel good.

as noted before, dont inject into pumps.

injecting takes more time than you'd think.

The overall feeling of well being while on cycle is completely understated... everywhere

when on, you will get a pump brushing your teeth... odd

If something suddenly startles you... you instantly morph into a super hero with unparalleled strength and fearlessness.

You don't get painfully soar anymore. Which is awesome!

ya i had a hard time getting the last little bit into the syringe. but i got it. there was still a tiny bit of liquid on the inside wall I couldnt shake down to form a drop, thought about breaking off the top and getting a good lick on.....but decided against it. lol

I spent alot of time looking over my diet this weekend. There are definitely some things that will be getting phased out over the next few weeks and several things increased.

unless im advised otherwise.

i was getting a rash, mild, but a rash none the less. Mostly it was between my fingers. Very similar to poison ivy.. Dont know if everyones had that, but it causes itchy inflamed bubbles. I couldn't figure it out, but than i remembered it happend 2.5 years ago when i ate 2 lbs of cashews in a weekend. Research shows theres similar chemical properties found in particular families of nuts and poison ivy. Im highly allergic to poison ivy.
 
Big differences man. looking insanely great. I'm jealous of about.. everything. You got great symmetry on the front pic. Sick arms on the lat spread.. I wish I had veins like that.. If that's how I looked in life period, I'd be more than satisfied bro. :)

yea, roxy mostly me on diet plan with some pointers from some good bros. I havent done anything too fancy with it, just paying attention to digestion times, glycemic index, timing of eating/activity/sleep and of course macros.

I had been lifting for like two years and you dusted me. My best raw bench in the gym to date is 465, I completely expect.. no I demand that you destroy that by the end of this contest.

i think all the competitors are making a lot of sacrifices and putting a lot into this. If it wasnt for the degree of the competition, i wouldnt have gone through a fraction of the transformation i have so far. These guys have me scared shitless.

When i first signed up for this i surely would've thought a percentage of the competitors woulda dropped out by now.(needless to say i didnt know any of them and was foolish to think this). I also thought that i would've enjoyed not one, but a few cheats by now.(wrong again!). But everyday i sign on here and see sick workouts and others dieting as hard as possible. I cant skip a beat with these guys or i'll be left in the dust. I Wont even place.
 
proviron dose timing? 1 in the am. 1 more 12 hours later?
yeah i'm just taking one in the a.m. on an empty stomach and one a couple hours before bed. iv'e only been taking it for about 10 days, i definitely feel a lot better than when i was on dbol but i don't think you will feel a huge difference
