Agreed. Some guys here act like they were born with their bodybuilding knowledge, or as if it was a vision given to them from God. We need to ALL remember that at one time we ourselves were clueless noobs. Back then we were the ones driving the Veterans crazy with our blatantly uneducated questions. If it were not for the patience of those Veterans we would not be where we are today. Let us not forget the harsh process of trial and error endured by the Veterans before them which is responsible for laying the intellectual foundation which we now base all of our ideas and principles. If not for these Veterans we wouldn't be having this thread, on this forum because Elite Fitness would not exist. Let us remember where we came from, where we acquired our knowledge, and how long and hard it was to get where we are today intellectually.
So it is now our turn. It is our turn to be patient and willing to help. It is our personal responsibility to fill the shoes of those who taught us, and pass on the knowledge to the new incoming generation of young bodybuilders.
Is it not the least we can do to keep the sport we love so passionately alive?
