This is what is at the core of ef. Many good bro's have fought hard to bring ef to where it is now. Not flowers and sunshine, not ass kissing and reach arounds. No something much more. A place fore people to come and learn. A place for people to make friends and share there experiences. All with out fear of being bashed to hell for just having a thought or asking the wrong question.

For the most part ef has and will always be a site based around a good learning environment. When you got to school do your teachers yell and scream at you? do they degrade you for asking a question? Many teachers have been teaching the same class for decades and have heard your question a billion times to yet they still smile and explain it yet one more time for the new class each year.

We should all strive to be good teachers. People want to learn from you when you respect them and explain things to them. Well most people anyway.

Of course we must remember that if you disrupt the class you will be reprimanded for it. :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:


Lets all show each other some love,help each other out,lift each other up, and share in our knowledge and experiences. All well showing as much respect as we would expect to get from others.

this is the reason why i this is my #1 anabolic forum i frequent, there is another site that would bash everyone, and when a newb question was asked they would reply with "search idiot".

i have learned alot here and i'm halfway through my first cycle.:)

love how this board has taken a turn for the better .. hard work has paid off with the gear section being cleaned up .. the supps/training/diets sections( which was a disaster before)are now goto places loaded with info .. great work everyone ..n2 u did a hell of a job overseeing/leading it also .. i must say

nothing but respect for EF, I send my friends here daily to brush up on AAS knowledge and to meet some great bros across the world of EF.

EF is the place to be online for anything related to diet, supplements, training, and especially AAS. We have a very solid group of bros on here that really know their shit and love to help one another out. I am very proud to be apart of it and to call you guys brothers. Brothers in Iron :evil:

+1, and a big Traz RAWR, excellent people here, I'm glad to be the "roving mentor", it fits me well I think. Tremendous strides in every forum. The New Beginnings group is expanding well beyond anything that I had in mind, it's personal mission of mine and I really appreciate everyone for being supportive of it. I think that you'ld have to look a long time to find another board w/ a group designed to take care of it's brothers and sisters as we do here at EF.

Agreed. Some guys here act like they were born with their bodybuilding knowledge, or as if it was a vision given to them from God. We need to ALL remember that at one time we ourselves were clueless noobs. Back then we were the ones driving the Veterans crazy with our blatantly uneducated questions. If it were not for the patience of those Veterans we would not be where we are today. Let us not forget the harsh process of trial and error endured by the Veterans before them which is responsible for laying the intellectual foundation which we now base all of our ideas and principles. If not for these Veterans we wouldn't be having this thread, on this forum because Elite Fitness would not exist. Let us remember where we came from, where we acquired our knowledge, and how long and hard it was to get where we are today intellectually.

So it is now our turn. It is our turn to be patient and willing to help. It is our personal responsibility to fill the shoes of those who taught us, and pass on the knowledge to the new incoming generation of young bodybuilders.

Is it not the least we can do to keep the sport we love so passionately alive?

When I first came here EF was already becoming a good place, so I can not speak about EF dark ages. Even though every now and then there's someone new or "old haters" with the intentions to disturb or destroy what we all helped build and preserve, I feel that EF prevails because we are tight and we are all willing to help newcomers!

EF has balance. We get down to business, we have fun, we make fun of each other and ourselves. Undernearth it all is a Brotherhood of men who would give you the shirt off their back.
I know of no other forum that has so many truly knowledgable, caring and giving members. I am proud to be a part of the EF family. :bawling:

Due to my job i can't post as much as i'd like. But i can tell you this is THE board i spend my very limited time on. A big thank you to needto for all he has done.

I've been a member here for years. I don't post much, but I visit frequently (almost daily). I certainly have learned a lot from reading others' advice and experiences. I've visited other boards, but none have been nearly as cool as EF.
 
This place has helped many bros & bras learn & grow. Rarely do we see irresponsible advice to newbs looking to get into AAS.
Its great to be around people who understand this "thing of ours"...la cosa nostra..is about making eachother better.

I love respect threads....nothing but love and respect for all my boys on EF and the aas board!

Needto has turned this board around, and I'd like to think we are all a family and we work together well lke a well-oiled machine: the admins / elite mods, mods, mentors, Ombudsmen, COTBs, platinum members, regular members, all play their part in making this site what it is - AWESOME!

We're the fastest growing and largest bodybuilding site for a reason, we're all a family and we all care about each othere. There is friendship and a genuine kidness in the air...Respect should always be our number 1 motive before replying or reading ANY post...

Offcourse, we should always incourage new posters to follow the rules, but please do so respectfully without making them feel out of place...

I've been a member to EF for quite some time now. There is no other place on the web that has so many good bros! I have been blessed with great knowledge from this site. Each day I continue to learn more and more and always to willing to share my knowledge with anyone who ever asks. When my funds get a little better I'll be purchasing a Lifetime Platinum Membership to help support the site!

I agree! I personally recommend everyone to purchase the cookbook. It lays everything out. A very wise investment in my opinion.
 
You hit right on the head Needto. I was green as hell last year when I came on board and I have learned so much and made a lot of friends here on EF. I have taken what I learned and put it to good use and my physique (although far from perfect) has improved greatly from the knowledge I recieved from all the good bro's on EF and that's why I call this my home.

EF is the BEST place on the web, period.

I have a ton of hobbies, guitars, cars, photography and have belonged to many forums..but THIS is the only place I come online now......not because I don't love my Custom Shop Gibson's or Fenders, my vintage Marshall amps or my Porsche...all of those forums had nothing compared to EF.... I come here because of the people...the best people I've ever met on the internet are right here...period.

Great advice and support and great friendships stand this place apart...brothers fell blessed that you are part of this great community!!!:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
 
I agree, you have a great forum here, we love it. There is so much going on here it's hard to read everyone's post but I guess that is normal for large forums. Definitely stick together and share information is key to get success.
 
i just became a member of this site beacause i thought that i could get some answers on some questions i had a few months ago, never thought i would sit here every day reading all kinds of threads.

its got diet, training, aas and all kinds of parts of the forum ive never even been in on.

this is a good site and im gonna be here every day til the site is no longer on the net, period.
(hope it´will be a long time)

I try to help as much as I can since I'm still an AS noob with no experience.
 
I have only been here a sort while and I have been able to receive invaluable advice. I am as of yesterday, on the injured list and will have to stop my cycle short(lumbar sprain) and I will be able to frequent the forum and hopefully give back some of the knowledge I have gained to the new folks.....Thanks all for making this site my #1 Anabolic Forum.

thanks to this board I learn almost everything I now about going safe on aas, when I first became a member some guys bash a lot my newbie questions but sooner our later those same guys were banned for some reason, nowadays I think this board is a lot more friendly and helpful.

I would have to say that i am a member on a few other boards and none of them really compare to EF. This board has every single answer/opinion on every topic related to the sport of bodybuilding. I may not have a ton of posts, but that is because there is so much to read. I have to give major props to everyone on this board! Any board with this amount of information has to be on the top of everyones list for best bbing board on the net!

Also wanted to say thanks to the MODS, i have read through about 300 different topics and always get the feeling that what i just read can be taken as great advice. Thanks for all the help in that respect, there is so much to learn and this board is one of the few boards where you can come and get knowledge about anything!

Jump right in bro. Every one jump right in. We have a (my cycles&training journal ) Forum that many members can take advantage of. Its a way to get posting everyday. You can just give words of encouragement to all the people that are doing the logs. You could give a little advice,tell them what has worked for you in the past, or start a log yourself and post that up everyday.
 
Who would know how to cycle properly without this board? I know I wouldn't. I had no clue what to do and what to use before I came on here. I don't have friends that use aas. So this is my only outlet on how I learned. I tried other boards when I first started. This was the best and that's why I stayed here...
 
This is the place to be for sure!

Wouldn't do anywhere else...this forum has got everything I need, knowledge, friendship, experience and a good atmosphere.
 
probably one of the most solid forums out there by far. vote to get rid of the Karma bookie threads.....that place has got me for 2 million K and counting :rolleyes: rock-n-roll.

EF has been unbelievably helpful for another newbie...myself. I am in my mid thirties and this is the first time I have ever used anabolics or HGH...if it weren't for the support I have gotten from this site I would be way behind the game....I almost feel like a pro now and I am third week into my first cycle....THANKS!
 
I've been lurking around the site for a while now. This site has gave me so much info and knowledge on so many things! I've only been lifting for about 2.5 years now, and already feel like I've been at it for 10+.

All you bros are top notch. Keep at it, this site is and will always be the best fitness site around.

Totally new to all of this - a friend recommended I go to EF for answers to alot of questions. I was first greeted by TATYANA who twice gave me good starting points and then WMJ1570 has helped me with some concerns I have about my stomach muscles. Like many other posts I've read other sites expect you to know it all but why are we there if we don't questions for the experts? EF has been great so far. The only thing I can't find an answer on and you'll all call me really dumb for this but what is the whole KARMA thing? Is it when someone helps you out, you give them Karma hits? Please don't laugh or cuss me out for this one, ok? Thanks,

I agree 100%. I could expound on how much better it is now, but I dont feel like hating on some past members nor do I feel they deserve the time of day.

Yes that's what Karma is for, when someone post there's the avatar and a symbol of yin and yang, click on the symbol and it will ask how much % of Karma you wanna give to that post! In the beginning most of us had that question, but felt embarrassed to ask :artist:
