Lost 65lbs

great job bro! keep it going man.
what's your next steps, goals?

also - I'll copy this to the Pics Of Our Members forum as well since you'll get even more advice/critiques there as well.

Good for you bro. Show that fat who's boss.
If you were 24% BF, man...you were lucky enough to at least have tight fat. That's why you have abs. If you were flabby then there would be no chance in hell after a year of diet and training.

Nice shoulder definition. Another sign of low BF. You have good genetics and muscular shape. If you ever decide to pop your cherry and do aas. You're going to look un-fkn-real. I'm positive about that.

I am planning on doing an 8wk prohormone cycle of biotest mag-10's, Tribex, and M. I will be altrenating the mags with the tribex/M every two weeks. I also have some YES that i'm looking forward to using after the 8wk cycle, i've heard some great things about it. I really want to stay tight so I am hitting cardio at least 4 days a wk in addition to my weights 5 days a week. I will also be using creatine one month on and one month off. I would be extremely happy if i could get up to 190lbs @ 7 or 8% as i am going for definition and vascularity.

congrats, adrenaline, on your truly amazing transformation. you did not specify how you made such impressive changes but it must have been thru drastic changes in exercise and diet. for a 20 year old kid you have learned early that the true path to success is hard work and determination. noon said it was gonna be easy. karma to you!

I added about five 30 minute sessions of cardio per week on the recumbent bike in addition to hitting the weights about four times a week. I lift in the afternoon so i would usually go in for cardio about 4 hours later after my lift.
(I live on campus at school so its a quick 5 minute walk to the gym)

As far as diet i stuck to a lot of brown rice, oats, egg whites, cottage cheese, skim milk, canned tuna/chicken, and a big plate of plain lettuce with dinner (a bitch at first but you get used to it quick).

The key is to not get discouraged when you do not reach goals, instead look at the situation as a whole. Figure out why you did not reach that goal and what its gonna take to get there.

Hats Off To You!!! Awesome results, 'Bro! You're a prime example that good 'ol persistence & dedication is really what this game is all about. Keep hangin' & bangin'!!!
