Great job. I did the same thing a few years ago. Doing it on your own and learning your body is one of the most important things a person can do. Too many people these days don't put forth the time or effort to do it naturally. You will continue to grow and lean out with the mental strength and determination you have shown.

I think your estimate of 12% is too high. Your abs are too tight for that.... I'd guess 10%.
