OK,,, Current cycle..

Farmak prop 100mg/ed for 10weeks

tren ace 75mg/ed for 8 weeks.

also taking aromison for the bloat..

Now right now I am 6'3" 225lbs and around 10%bf....

My goal is to put on about 15lbs...But, I want a six pack and look very hard....What should my diet look like to achieve that? Or is it unrealistic....


Thanks in advance....I never really dieted and did research....Still not clear...
 
Before you become all defensive...take Goldprospector's advice...

Everyone worries about the gear and forgets the diet.

Let me relate to you what I have accomplished with the gear still in my closet...

I started cutting at 302 25% BF.

I am now at 277. I havent had the BF% done as of yet. But my lifts are going up.

My bench is not incredible. Before I started the diet change, I was getting 315 on flat bench for 11-12 reps.

I have lost 25 lbs and am still getting 315 for 11-12 reps.

Every lift has been going up. And the only thing I have changed is diet.

Examine your diet first. Get it right. Then look at everything else.

And it made all the difference...

Very possible, I'd recomend eating around "maintenance" level and adjust from there either up or down until ur at where u want to be.
 
The bibbabbon....Did you use those calculators....??? I am all about dieting and being serious about it....People tell me now that I have abs and hard looking....But, it is not to my liking....I want to achieve better
