Lose 10 pounds or start cycle monday.

i have my cycle waiting...do i try to blast myself down to 230lbs or just start monday at 240lbs...i already delayed it for 2 weeks trying to lose more fat.

Its just getting realy hard to push it off....any thoughts???
 
By losing that 10 pounds, you might lose strength. During my cycles I like to be as strong as possible. I say start it if you feel ready otherwise.
 
My .02 isn't worth much but the question is a double edged sword.

1) You can lose the extra ten pounds and your gains will be more visible.

2) you can start now, as I would, keep your strength up during the cycle and after your PCT is complete you've opened up yourself for a cutting cycle with more to cut, thus more to keep.
 
I know my gains will be better....its just hard waiting. ive been dieting and prioritizing cardio for the last 4 months...just mentally tuff. my cycle will consist of 14 weeks:

sust 500wk 1-14
eq 500wk 1-14
tbol 75day wk 1-4
anavar 100day wk 10-16

i wanted to harden up and not worried too much about my weight, presently around 240...realy dont want to go much higher than 260. i want to gain quality weight.
 
I'd say it depends on how fat you are. You say your 240 but what's your bf%,if it's high then i would diet untill you have a good percentage then do a cycle.

i'd start and say hell with 10 lbs personally, im sure most of us have done a cycle before and not been as lean as we would like
