Looking to STEP IT UP, any sugestions? PLEASE HELP

20 yrs old, 5'11", 180lbs. I've been lifting on and off since high school football, and want to step it up a notch. I want to gane 10-15lbs of LEAN VASCULAR muscle. I would like to stay veiny, and LEAN (like the rest of the world). What to take? How to take it? Please help. HGH? PARABOLAN? PRIMO?

primo at 300-400mgs para but they stoped making it take about 2-3cc a week.....gh....2-6ius a day at 5 days on 1 day off or 6 days on 1 day off

Keep doing more research on steroids. In the meantime, use that as motivation to get SERIOUS about working out. Steroids aren't going to provide the EFFORT to get stronger, if you aren't used to crushing workouts six days a week you don't need gear, you need a PLAN!

Start by making a shopping list; eggs, salmon, tuna, chicken, beef, oats, pasta, fresh veggies; peas, broccoli, carrots, tomato, protein powder, glutamine peptides.
Pound as much food as you can in 5 meals, pound water, and take your glutamine. 3000+ calories is important for your development.
Training; get to the gym for a month solid. If you start steroids without conditioning your nerves, you will make no gains, probably hurt your self! Use straps on back day and never puss out on leg day!

I was tempted to get some gear until recently. I decided to really do what it takes naturally first. If you aren't able to comit yourself to seriously eating good and training constantly, you aren't going to gain no matter how much gear! It's never too late to do steroids, they'll be here when you need them.

when you are ready to gear up, this is an excellent mega cycle...

Test 400/wk w1-8
Deca 300/wk w1-8
Winny tabs 25 ED w4-8
Anavar 40 ED w1-10 (or as cost will allow)
arimidex .5 eod w1-10
clomid 100 eod w12 50 ed w13-14.5

This is a get big/get strong cycle, the arimidex and winny should be enough to keep the water bloat off, but like I said the most of this transformation still depends on how hard/often you work out and how much good food you can shove in your mouth!
